Princess Party + Weekend Vibes

Brooke and Livy had such a good time at their friend's birthday party over the weekend. I some how missed the memo they were supposed to wear their favorite princess dress. I could have saved myself the stress of getting them ready to leave the house at 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning! They live in their dress up clothes so they would have been totally stoked to roll out of the house that way.  Oops!

They were younger than most of the little girls at the party so their attention span wasn't quite as long. They did participate in some of the activities but mainly loved all the toys in the playroom- They refused to be in the group picture because they didn't want to stop playing! Then again they were the only ones not dressed as a Disney princess. Thankfully it didn't phase them any.

The girls kept saying how much they loved their "new door" as we pulled up.

It's hardly ever just us girls so I took advantage after we left the birthday party and headed over to the spa to get pedicures with my little girlfriends. They are still a little fidgety and young yet but they love getting their nails painted. Brooklyn rocked her princess crown from the party all day long.

Deacon was happy to be back with his sissy's later that afternoon. We went to dinner together and played outside remainder of the day. The weekend as always flew by but I'm not complaining. I still have another couple days off work. I plan on tidying up everything for our upcoming year of preschool and organizing as much as possible this week!

Hope your weekend was as lovely as ours!!
